Taylor's 9th Birthday

I still can't believe that my boy turned NINE years old. When did that happen? We are so blessed to have such a sweet boy. He truly makes being a parent easy. (well, the first 9 years have been easy, lets hope the next years will be the same! {grin}

We started his special day with breakfast and then he opened his birthday package from Omi.

Besides yummy German candy she also gave him Legos!

Even Lilly got to open a gift from Omi! Thanks for the cute pink watch! ;)

After breakfast it was time for our fieldtrip.We drove to Balboa Park to visit the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. (for more info click on the link)
This was our first time going and it was so much fun.

The kids loved all the hands on activitys.

Even Preston has a blast!

After lunch the kids were able to visit nine centers with crafts and science prodjects they had set up for all homeschoolers.
